Promotional Rules

The Lottery is amending these rules to offer a replacement prize for the $5, $20 and $30 Scratch-Off coupons as detailed herein, and originally offered, as the coupons are no longer available.  Amended information will be found in bold text to denote the change.

1. Promotion: The Pennsylvania Lottery will conduct a WebCash Promotion (hereafter, “Promotion”), in which registered iLottery players who deposit $50 or more in WebCash into their lottery accounts during the promotional period can receive an award determined by the total amount of WebCash deposited during the promotional period. 
   
   
2. Promotion description and requirements:

                        (a)  The Promotion is designed to provide a reward to players who deposit $50 or more in WebCash during the promotional period and meet the requirements as set forth herein.

                        (b)  Entrants must be registered iLottery players to participate in the Promotion.  To become a registered iLottery player, visit https://www.pailottery.com.  Becoming a registered iLottery player is free.

                        (c)  The promotional period for the Promotion begins after 11:59:59 p.m. November 30, 2022, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. December 31, 2022.  The promotional period for the Promotion will be posted to the Pennsylvania Lottery’s publicly accessible iLottery website.

                         (d)  To qualify for an award in the Promotion, the player must deposit at least $50 in WebCash into that player’s lottery account during the promotional period and follow all other requirements as set forth in these rules.  No other method of entry will be accepted.

3. Determination of winners and prizes available to be won:

                        (a)  The WebCash Promotion entitlements described below are subject to all restrictions and limitations as set forth in the PA iLottery Terms & Conditions and the PA iLottery Bonus Policy, and any restrictions set forth in section 4, or elsewhere, in these rules.

                        (b)   The player will be awarded based on the total amount of all WebCash deposited into that player’s lottery account during the promotional period, as further described herein:

                                     (1)  Players who purchase and deposit between $50 and $199 in WebCash during the promotional period will receive:

                                                (i)  $5 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022; and

                                                 (ii)  $5 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022.

                                    (2)  Players who purchase and deposit between $200 and $499 in WebCash during the promotional period will receive:

                                                (i)  $20 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022; and

                                                (ii)   $20 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022.

                                    (3)  Players who purchase and deposit $500 or more in WebCash during the promotional period will receive:

                                                (i)  $20 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022;

                                                (ii)  $30 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022;

                                                (iii)  A Deposit Bonus equal to 25% of each WebCash deposit made during the following month; and

                                                (iv)  $50 iLottery Bonus Money to be uploaded to a qualifying player’s lottery account no later than 5:00:00 p.m. January 11, 2022.

4. Promotion restrictions:

                        (a)  To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, players must have complied with the requirements of these rules.

                        (b)  The Lottery is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries not entered into the Promotion.  The Lottery is not responsible for entries that are not entered into the Promotion because of incompatible internet browsers, mobile lottery application failure or other technical issues.

                        (c)  If any discrepancy exists between these rules and any material describing the Promotion, these rules shall govern.

                        (d)  All money awarded under this Promotion will be awarded as iLottery Bonus Money.  Bonus Money cannot be withdrawn until the play requirements for converting the Bonus Money to cash have been completed as set forth herein.  In order to convert the Bonus Money awarded in section 3(b)(1)(ii), 3(b)(2)(ii) and 3(b)(3)(iv) to cash, the player must wager the total value of the qualifying deposit amount plus the total value of all iLottery Bonus Money received 10 times.  For example, if a player makes a qualifying deposit of $50 in WebCash during the promotional period and subsequently receives a $5 Deposit Bonus, the player is required to place $550 in wagers before the Bonus Money awarded in the Deposit Promotion is converted into cash which may be withdrawn from the player’s account.

                        (e)  In order to convert the Bonus Money awarded in section 3(b)(1)(i), 3(b)(2)(i) and 3(b)(3)(i) and (ii) to cash, the player must wager the total value of the qualifying deposit amount plus the total value of all iLottery Bonus Money received 1 times.  For example, if a player makes a qualifying deposit of $50 in WebCash during the promotional period and subsequently receives a $5 Deposit Bonus, the player is required to place $5 in wagers before the Bonus Money awarded in the Deposit Promotion is converted into cash which may be withdrawn from the player’s account.

                        (f)  iLottery Bonus Money must be played at https://www.pailottery.com and In order to convert the Bonus Money awarded in section 3(b)(1)(ii), 3(b)(2)(ii) and 3(b)(3)(iv) expires 7 days after the Bonus Money is credited to the player’s account.  Failure to play the qualifying deposit amount plus the Bonus Money amount through 10 times within 7 days of the Bonus Money being credited to the player’s account will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Money.

                        (g)  iLottery Bonus Money must be played at https://www.pailottery.com and In order to convert the Bonus Money awarded in section 3(b)(1)(i), 3(b)(2)(i) and 3(b)(3)(i) and (ii) expires 30 days after the Bonus Money is credited to the player’s account.  Failure to play the qualifying deposit amount plus the Bonus Money amount through 1 times within 30 days of the Bonus Money being credited to the player’s account will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Money.

                        (h)  Only the player’s cash wagering activity will count towards the wagering qualifications associated with this promotion.  Wagers placed with Bonus Money will not qualify towards the satisfaction of wagering qualifications.

                        (i)  Final determination of winners will be made by the Secretary, whose judgment will be final and binding.

                        (j)  Other restrictions may apply.
