Pennsylvania Lottery’s $5 Bonus Money
Promotional Rules
September 23, 2024

1. Promotion: The Pennsylvania Lottery will conduct a $5 Bonus Money promotion (hereafter, “Promotion”), in which iLottery account holders who have not previously made a deposit into their iLottery accounts, and who ‘Opt-In’ to the Promotion during the promotional period, will receive five dollars ($5) in Bonus Money.

2. Qualifying Games: All iLottery games shall be eligible for the Promotion, including games introduced after the beginning of the promotional period.

3. Participation and Entry:

(a) Entrants must have a registered lottery account in order to participate in the Promotion. To create a lottery account, visit https://www.PAiLottery.com. Creating a lottery account is free.

(b) A registered lottery account holder is subject to the iLottery regulations and specifically agrees to be bound by the iLottery terms and conditions located at https://www.PAiLottery.com/signup/terms-and-conditions/, as well as any related policies.

(c) To establish a lottery account, players must provide the following information:

        (1) The player’s name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification or tax documents;

        (2) The player’s date of birth;

        (3) The entire or last four digits of the player’s Social Security Number, or comparable equivalent;

        (4) The player’s address;

        (5) The player’s telephone number;

        (6) The player’s email address;

        (7) Any other information established by the Lottery to be necessary to verify the age and identity of the player.

(d) An individual may be required to provide additional information or documentation, as set forth in the iLottery terms and conditions, to establish a lottery account or register for iLottery. The information may be used for iLottery registration or to confirm information provided by that individual during the registration process.

(e) To enter the Promotion, players must enable the Promotion. To enable the promotion, a player must ‘Opt-In’ by entering the bonus code during the promotional period. To submit the bonus code described below in section 4(b), a player must enter the bonus code on the iLottery website, available at https://www.PAiLottery.com/promotions/my-bonuses/ and https://www.PAiLottery.com/login/welcome-back/ or on the Lottery’s official mobile application, during the promotional period, as set forth for herein.

(f) This offer is nontransferable and is available only to the original recipient.

4. Promotion Description and Requirements:

(a) The promotional period for the Promotion begins after 11:59:59 p.m. September 22, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. September 30, 2024.

(b) The bonus code for the promotion is “5BONUS”. The bonus code may only be redeemed once during the promotional period.

5. Determination of Winners and Prize Calculation:

(a) The $5 Bonus Money entitlements described below are subject to all restrictions and limitations as set forth in the PA iLottery Terms and Conditions and the PA iLottery Bonus Policy.

(b) All money awarded under this Promotion will be awarded as Bonus Money. Bonus Money cannot be withdrawn until the play requirements for converting the Bonus Money to Cash have been completed as set forth herein. In order to convert the Bonus Money to Cash, the player must wager the value of the Bonus Money received from participation in the Promotion 10 times. For example, if a player is awarded $5 in Bonus Money, the player is required to place $50 in wagers before the Bonus Money awarded in the Promotion becomes Cash which may be withdrawn from the player’s account.

(c) Bonus Money must be played at https://www.pailottery.com or through the PA Lottery Official App and expires 7 days after the Bonus Money is credited to the player’s account. Failure to play the Bonus Money through 10 times within 7 days of the Bonus Money being credited to the player’s account will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Money.
